Where is my order? How long does it take?
This is a common question so we put together a Shipping Guide Here

Orders take 1-4 business days to processes then you should receive an email notifying you of your order being shipped out. Your parcel then begins its journey to you.

Can I track my order?
Tracking will be available 4-6 days after your order. Please do reach out if you haven’t received yours after 7 days by contacting support.

Order Cancellation, Changes and Refunds
If you wish to make changes or cancel an order this MUST be done within 24 hours of purchasing by using the Contact Us page.

Once an order has been shipped we cannot cancel your order.

My Item Arrived Damaged/Faulty
We take extra care in sending our orders to every customer, how ever we send thousands of items and every once in a while accidents do happen during transit and your item may have arrived damaged or faulty

If this has happened to you please use our contact us page here and provide us

-Your order number
-Pictures of the damaged/faulty items.

If an item doesn’t “work properly” or appears faulty please send a short video of the issue.
Once we receive the damaged/faulty items back we will be happy to send out another free of charge.
